Beth is a New York City–based Art Director and multidisciplinary designer specializing in brand identity, campaign systems, and experiential storytelling.
She specializes in translating big creative ideas into clear visual systems — connecting strategy, storytelling, and execution across digital, physical, and live experiences.
Currently at BritBox, Beth art directed the company’s visual rebrand in partnership with Sibling Rivalry, helping shape the next era of the brand across marketing, product, and campaigns.
Previously, she worked at Milk Bar, collaborating closely with founder Christina Tosi during a period of rapid growth — leading campaigns, retail launches, packaging, and a national experiential tour.

Career Snapshot
My career began in fast-moving, hands-on teams where designers wore many hats and learned quickly. That foundation shaped how I work today — balancing creative vision with practical execution.
At Milk Bar, I helped build campaigns and retail experiences during a major cultural expansion.
At BritBox, I’ve grown into leading large-scale initiatives requiring executive alignment, agency partnership, and long-term brand stewardship.
How I Work
I thrive in collaborative environments where design sits at the center of storytelling and problem-solving.
My work often involves:
shaping creative direction from early concept through launch
partnering closely with cross-functional teams
building systems that help creative scale
mentoring and supporting fellow creatives
I care deeply about thoughtful design, strong collaboration, and making ambitious ideas feel approachable and human.
Creative Philosophy
I believe great design creates connection.
Whether launching a streaming platform or designing an experiential campaign, my goal is always the same: make work that people understand, remember, and genuinely enjoy interacting with.
Outside of design, I’m deeply inspired by community building, food, storytelling, and curiosity-driven exploration. I love hosting dinners, discovering vintage finds, and spending time with my two cats — experiences that continually shape how I think about connection, care, and creativity.
